This is a hippopotamus or hippo. Hippos look like big gray pigs, but they are not pigs. Hippos have short stubby legs that aren’t really good for much so hippos swim a lot. Hippos have small stumpy teeth, which means they eat plants and are not dangerous. Hippos love to stick their heads out of the water and look at things. Sometimes birds ride hippos around and the hippos don’t mind.
Yes they are herbivores, but they kill a few hundred people a year. They are more dangerous than lions (according to reported attacks on humans). Watch the Discovery Channel sometime.
I think you may be taking this a bit too seriously.
You forgot to mention sometimes if they get really hungry they will fight other hippos to eat white marbles.
mark, you forgot to mention that if the hippos are over enthusiastic about eating those white marbles, the top part of their jaw falls off.
actually hippos have two four foot long teeth in there mouth and are responsible for more deaths in africa than sharks and crocodiles.
